In The Family.
Christos Constanti grew up in a family of restaurant owners. His parents, Anna and Vassos Constanti, opened their restaurant in Prospect, Connecticut, in 1978.
Before opening Christos, he spent seven years managing Anna’s Prospect Pizza. The experience became the foundation for a restaurant of his own.
MAY 2006
Christos Pizza Opens.
Christos and his brother Michael open their first restaurant in a Wallingford shopping plaza.

The brothers take over Louie’s Apizza and remodel it into Christos Restaurant & Bar. Great food and a welcoming atmosphere remain at the center of it all.
